This morning we walked over to the Suisan Fish Market in Hilo. There were many beautiful kinds of fish auction at the market. Even three big Marlins!

After breakfast we went to the Seaside Fishpond (map point 9).

We even got to hold a small fish in our hands and throw it to the bigger fish to eat!

Then we went over to the Big Island Candies. We saw how chocolate-covered candies everything was made through large glass windows! When we went to Rainbow Falls ((map point 10), where Benedicte (my mother, who had come with me on the trip) and I really saw a rainbow!

Can you see the rainbow?

An hour from there we visited the Lyman Museum, named after rev. Lyman who was a missionary. I was impressed at the beauty of those shells, stuffed birds, crystals, lavas, tree rings, rocks ( including fluorescent rocks),Chinese, Japanese, and Portugal clothes with there culture and some everyday belongings. Right outside was Lyman's house, with the beds, rooms, and toys (children didn't have many then).

After lunch at Mc.Donalds our two classes shopped around. Then...guess what? We took an Aloha Airlines airplane back to Honolulu!
